I help children learn healthy ways to communicate emotional distress and build satisfying relationships. Let’s talk openly about how we can work together to support your child.

I have supported children and their families for over twelve years

I understand the demands and struggles that come with parenting. It’s hard to navigate the ups and downs of childhood. I encourage you to reach out for support.

It is never too early to ask for help

The sooner we can understand your child’s behavior and empower them to express their emotions in healthy ways, the sooner they will experience more moments of enjoyment and satisfaction. Taking a different path can be challenging but you are here because the current path doesn’t feel good. I firmly believe that every child knows what they need. I will help them access this knowledge while tapping into their deep wells of goodness and resilience. Your child will thank you for reaching out.

My approach to counseling is three-fold

First, I want to understand your child. How I engage your child will depend on their age and how they want to interact. They may express themselves through play, activities, words and body language. As I get to know your child we will explore everything going on in their lives and experiment with different ways to respond to challenging situations. In parallel, I will partner with you to empower the relationship between you and your child. There may be some difficult days ahead but your family will be moving forward, one step at a time, towards a brighter future.

I work with children because …

… although I believe transformation is possible at any age, it is never too early to start. Empowering children to overcome obstacles and develop self-reflection, can only lead to greater life satisfaction as they grow. And, I love every minute I spend with my child clients. Their raw openness and honesty brings me joy and reaffirms my life’s purpose of building communities of emotionally healthy children.
