Meet Frances

“When we sit down and really listen to one another’s stories, something profound happens.”
Jared Seide (Center for Council)

My practice is dedicated to supporting children and their families

For over 12 years, I have worked with children and their families as they navigate the uncertainties of childhood. I believe the earlier the intervention, the greater the impact.

A child will bring learnings from their early years into their adulthood. I want to help your child grow into an adult who can weather adversity, explore life with curiosity and compassion and be able to share their passions and sorrows with others.

Let’s start sowing the seeds of success now.

I Will Hear What You Have to Say.

My approach to therapy is to listen to you, take in your words, and check in with you to ensure I have understood the message you’re trying to convey. Then, we will partner to explore what your story means to you and how it impacts your life.

Don’t Swallow Your Words.

Experience the relief of letting go of everything you have been holding in.

Feel safe in the knowledge that my goal is to hear you.

Understanding your world as best I can will be my focus – so you have the experience of feeling truly heard.

I have always been curious about the human mind.

About Frances

I was born and raised in Ireland and came to the US in my early twenties for graduate school. I was working as a marketing consultant when a friend suggested therapy to help me work through some challenges I was facing.

Therapy was a foreign concept to me, so I was wary at first – but over time I grew to embrace my therapeutic journey. I was so inspired by my experience that I decided to change careers and become a therapist myself.

I have a masters in clinical psychology from Antioch University and completed my internships at  the Early Childhood Parenting Center, Airport Marina Counseling Center, and Family Services of Santa Monica.

The supplemental training has prepared me to work with children of all ages, including teaching mindfulness to children.
